How long will it take to recieve my order?

I give a 10-14 turn around time from the date of order to dispatch date. This is to allow for stock to arrive from the supplier as everything is made to order.

Your order will be hipped with Royal Mail 2nd class and should take 3-5 working days to arrive at your location. You will be notified once your order has been shipped to let you know its on it's way to you!

Can I cancel my order?

We accept cancellations of orders up to 1 hour after they were purchased. After that amount of time we do not accept cancellations. To cancel an order please contact us via sewscene@hotmail.com

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all orders being dispatched to the UK.

All international shipping varies depending on the weight of your order. International orders are sent fully tracked so you can keep up to date on your parcel's progress.

Our returns policy

Our non-personalised items are eligible for our 14 day refund policy. Any items that have been personalised or created to a customer's request cannot be refunded at present. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 14 days of receiving it. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
