Our non-personalised items are eligible for our 14 day refund policy. Any items that have been personalised or created to a customer's request cannot be refunded at present. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 14 days of receiving it. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping.

> To complete your return we require a proof of purchase

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Everythingwe create is made to order therefore please allow up to 10 working days to receive your order.

Your order will be shipped with Royal Mail second class and should take 3-5 working days to arrive at your location. You will be notified once your order has been shipped to let you know it's on it's way!
